




Ø Serves
as a court-appointed arbitrator in civil cases pending before the United States
District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ø Former
Assistant United States Attorney in New Jersey for more than six years.
Represented the United States in hundreds of criminal cases from investigation
through appeal.
Ø Has
appeared on Court TV and in numerous media outlets. Mr. Klingeman has lectured
on trial advocacy at seminars sponsored by the National Institute of Trial
Advocacy, the American Inns of Court, and the New Jersey Attorney General’s
Division of Criminal Justice.
Ø Prior
to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Mr. Klingeman worked on complex civil
litigation at Shanley & Fisher (now Drinker Biddle & Shanley) in New
Jersey and McCorriston Miho Miller Mukai in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Ø Mr.
Klingeman was law clerk to Judge J. Daniel Mahoney of the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Second Circuit.
Ø Mr.
Klingeman is admitted to the state bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and
Hawaii, as well as the federal bars for the District of New Jersey, Southern
District of New York, and District of Hawaii. Additionally, Mr. Klingeman
is admitted to the federal appeals courts for the Third and Ninth Circuits.
